Hi, I’m Beate, Your Friend in Real Estate.

I have chosen to concentrate my activities on the North Side of the Valley of the Sun – that means North Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Carefree and Cave Creek.

This I did for two reasons. First, I know the North Valley and Foothills golf communities and subdivisions best. Second, I think that this area is the greatest place in the world to live and play golf.

Since graduating from the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in 2005, I have continuously improved my skills as a Realtor® and developed an in-depth understanding of the business. I have achieved the designations GRI and ePRO, I am a Master of Real Estate and a member of IREC. The nationwide recognized Mike Ferry Organization has been coaching and permanently monitoring my progress for three years.
