What is a GRI
After my graduation as a Realtor from the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business, I achieved additional designations. Here is a short summary:
The Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made a commitment to providing a superior level of professional services by earning the GRI designation. GRI is sponsored by the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
The GRI program includes 90 hours of coursework on various topics such as servicing listed properties, real estate law, marketing and various other topics.
Less than 7% of all Realtors have the GRI designation.
The e-PRO certification is the National Association of Realtor’s (NAR) online training program. It certifies its graduates as Internet Professionals.
The ePRO certification course introduces students to many techniques for evaluating and using Internet tools. These include Internet marketing and web communications with clients, fellow Realtors, and institutions.
The International Real Estate Council (IREC) aims at enhancing the general conditions for US Realtors serving foreign nationals and US businesses involved in international transactions.
In the IREC roster I am listed as an interpreter and translator for German and French.
